教师简介
刘丽娜博士于2026年1月加入西安交通大学材料学院自旋电子材料与量子器件中心,担任教授、博士生导师。博士毕业于清华大学,博士论文:“二维二硫化钼的相态选择性合成及性质研究”,获清华大学优秀博士学位论文。
刘丽娜博士长期致力于多相态低维材料的相态调控、物性探索及器件应用研究,特别关注其
中处于热力学亚稳定状态的关键材料相态。通过系统调控材料的晶格对称性、电子结构以及
生长界面环境,成功合成了包括二维金属性1T′相MoS2、五边形相PdTe2及小扭转角度二维金属性TaSe2摩尔结构等系列创新型亚稳定低维材料,并深入研究了其在低维尺度下的电学特性,实现了其在晶体管等纳米电子器件中的功能验证。以一作者/通讯作者论文在Nature Materials等高水平期刊发表学术论文。研究成果入选Nature Materials的Focus专栏并被News & Views、Purdue Research News,科学通报等媒体广泛报道。
Dr. Lina Liu joined the Center for Spintronics and Quantum Systems at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University in January 2026, where she serves as a professor and PhD supervisor. She received her Ph.D. from Tsinghua University. Her doctoral dissertation, titled “Phase-Selective Synthesis and Properties of Two-Dimensional Molybdenum Disulfide,” was awarded the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Tsinghua University.
Dr. Liu’s research focuses on the phase control, properties, and devices of multiphase low-dimensional materials, with particular interest on their metastable phases. By tuning symmetries, electronic structures, and interfaces, she has successfully synthesized several novel metastable low-dimensional materials, including two-dimensional metallic 1T′ phase MoS₂, pentagonal-phase PdTe₂, and small-twist-angle metallic TaSe₂ moiré structures. She has also conducted studies on their electrical properties at the low-dimensional scale and demonstrated their functionality in nanoelectronic devices such as transistors.
As the first author and/or corresponding author, she has published papers in leading journals such as Nature Materials. Her research was featured in Nature Materials Focus and has been widely reported by medias including Nature Materials News & Views, Purdue Research News, and Science Bulletin.
