教师简介

覃飞宇博士于2022年9月加入西安交通大学材料学院强度室,担任助理教授。博士毕业于东京工业大学应用化学系,博士毕业后留校担任研究员作博士后研究。

覃飞宇博士近年来聚焦于可控热膨胀材料和热电材料的研究工作,利用同步辐射等先进表征手段探索晶态材料中局域结构变化对电子结构、声子色散和电子交换作用的影响规律,尝试建立局域结构与宏观热膨胀性、电学输运和热学输运的构效关系,并致力于将所研发材料应用于极端服役工况下特种装备用集成电路、光电校准平台、电子吊舱与深空探测等领域;主持多项科学基金与企业横向项目,研究成果以第一作者身份发表于Acta Materialia、Chemistry of Materials和Inorganic Chemistry等国际知名期刊,申请欧洲发明专利1项。


Dr. Qin Feiyu joined Xi 'an Jiaotong University in September 2022 as an assistant professor. She graduated from the Department of Applied Chemistry at Tokyo Institute of Technology and worked as a postdoctoral researcher.

In recent years, Dr. Qin Feiyu has focused on the research work of controllable thermal expansion materials and thermoelectric materials. She has used advanced characterization methods such as synchrotron radiation to explore the influence of local structure changes on electronic structure, phonon dispersion and electron exchange in crystalline materials, and tried to establish the relationship between local structure and macroscopic thermal expansion, electrical transport and thermal transport. She is committed to applying the developed materials in the fields of special equipment integrated circuits, photoelectric calibration platforms, electronic pods and deep space exploration under extreme service conditions. She presided over a number of scientific fund and enterprise horizontal projects, and her research results were published as the only first author in internationally renowned journals such as Acta Materialia, Chemistry of Materials and Inorganic Chemistry, and applied for 1 European invention patent.
